>(၅) စာေတြဘာေတြ ပို႔လို႔ရေသးတယ္။ အဲသည္ေတာ့ ေမးလ္ ကို (filter) လုပ္ရပါမယ္။

>(၆) Inbox ထဲမွာ ေရာက္ေနတဲ့ ကိုယ္လက္မခံခ်င္တဲ့သူရဲ႕ စာကိုဖြင့္၊ ၿပီးရင္စာရဲ႕ ညာ ဘက္ေထာင့္ အေပၚဘက္က reply ကိုရွာ။

>(၇) ၿပီးရင္ ေဘးက ျမားေလးကိုႏွိပ္၊ က်လာတဲ့ (box) ထဲက (filter message like this) ကိုေရြးပါ။ (Next step) ကိုေရြးပါ။

>(၈) ေနာက္ ကိုယ္လက္မခံ ခ်င္တဲ့ အီးေမးလ္ ေနာက္ထပ္လာခဲ့ရင္ အလိုအေလ်ာက္ (delete) ျဖစ္သြားေအာင္ (delete it box) ကိုေရြးပါ။

>(၉) ၿပီးရင္ ေနာက္ဆံုးအဆင့္ (create filter) ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။ ဒါဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ကိုယ္မလို ခ်င္တဲ့ ေမးလ္ေတြကိုပါ ဖ်က္ပစ္ေပးမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
